Initial Consultation
Let’s meet on-site and get an understanding of your property’s unique attributes and what opportunities can be unlocked.
At this initial meeting, we want to hear about your vision. We will then map out a realistic budget and design proposal to help you understand the possibilities.
Step 02
Design
This is the fun part of the house building process where you’ll be able to collaborate with our design team to design the home of your dreams.
Now’s the time to put pen to paper – and by that we mean utilising the latest architectural programs and design software to craft and imagine your new home in 3D form.
Step 03
Specifications & Interior Selections
Next we need to prepare the detailed documentation required to commence your build. This includes a detailed scope of works and contract specifications.
Our team will also guide you through the process of carefully sourcing and selecting every finish and fitting.
Step 04
Building & Construction
This stage sees your vision and design become reality. It is always an exciting part of the journey to see your new home evolve and take shape!
The best part? You’ll be right there watching the progress with us.
Step 05
Final Inspection & Handover
You’re almost there! The final step in our Build Process is to complete any finishing touches and walk through your new home together, carefully checking every element to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Then we will hand you the keys to your new home.
